"Ascribe to the Lord the glory due his name; worship the Lord in the splendor of holiness."

~ Psalm 29:2

The highest pursuit in life is to worship God.  As creatures designed for worship, we will live our lives for someone or something, and we believe that Jesus Christ is the only God who is worthy of worship.  He alone can satisfy the soul, and when we worship Jesus as God, we experience true joy.

What is worship?

Worship is more than a genre of Christian music. It is living a life that gives glory to God with every thought, word, and action.  One of the ways you can worship God with your life is by gathering with a local church family for corporate worship.

When do You worship?

We gather each Sunday for worship at 9am & 10:45am. Both services are identical, so please come to whichever works best for you.  Our church's building is located at 1611 W Reynolds St, Pontiac, IL.

What are the services like and what should I wear?

Our worship services have singing, prayer, preaching, giving, and Communion.  Simply come in what you are comfortable wearing.  Some dress up on Sunday mornings, others come casual.

Is there anything for my kids on Sunday morning?

For infants through 2-years old, we offer a friendly nursery staffed with caring volunteers. Beginning in pre-school and going through elementary, we have Kidzone classes appropriate for each age group. For junior and senior high students, a class called EQUIP meets during the 9am service. Families are also welcome to sit together in worship; if you would rather bring your kids with you into the service, that's fine with us!
